Cancellation Policy

Our pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continuous training, education and experience.

Complimentary consultations are available. We recommend a service quote for all colouring, highlighting and freehand balayage.

All prices include GST and are subject to variation without notice.

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure appointments for all new clients and is redeemable on your service. If you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or you fail to turn up, your deposit will be forfeited.

We require at least 24 hours notice for any changes, and reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. ANY client who cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time or simply does not turn up will be required to pay 50% of their next appointment’s services as a deposit to secure another appointment.
